This C1 Intralinguistic (English-English) Written Mediation Task depicts a current real-life situation that is rather common in our virtual world.
The situation describes an interaction between a non-proficient speaker of English and someone called Sherman Moten, who has sent an email to inform that the former’s website has been hacked. This non-proficient speaker asks for help to make sure they understand the information in this upsetting email.
