In this B1 Speaking Activity, students talk about houses.
Students revise grammar contents like the comparative and superlative forms of adjectives and conditional sentences. In the section of Speaking skills, they look at ways to express interest in a conversation and to compare and contrast through the use of certain expressions.
Some B1 phrasal verbs to talk about houses are also given, together with specific B1 level vocabulary arranged in three sections, that is, nouns, verbs, and adjectives that they will need to discuss the topic. Several idioms and common expressions are also introduced, so students become familiar with them.
This B1 Speaking activity includes speaking questions about their ideal house, the price of housing, living with other people, and even living abroad. This way, they will integrate all the contents on their worksheet while they talk.
